  How Do I Join
In order to join MAM, you first need to down load the  2009 MAM Membership Application.  You give the completed form with dues to Jerry Cushing, a fellow club member or you can drop  it by Aeroport Hobby Shoppe.

Remember, you  must also have a valid AMA Membership in order to join MAM.

How much will it cost to join?

Most of the MAM membership falls into  one of these three common types: General, Associate and Family.

General  Dues for a General Membership will consist for the first year of a $30.00 annual dues and a $25.00 Land Assessment for a total of $55.00.  (The Land Assessment is $200.00 divided over five years.  The first two years you pay $25.00 then the last three you pay $50.00 per year, for a total Land Assessment $200.00.)

Associate  Dues for an Associate Membership is $30.00 annually.  In order to qualify for an Associate Membership you MUST be active duty military or be a member of another club.  NO Land Assessment charged.  Because no Land Assessment charge, member has no voting privilege.

Family  Dues for a Family Membership is $35.00 annually.  With the Family Membership, your family members get to use the MAM facilities, it's a great deal!

When are MAM Dues due and what IF I join late in the year?
Your current MAM dues are due at the time you join the club.  Then dues shall be due on January 1st of each year, and are payable during the thirty day period preceding thereto.   Any new member being received into the Club after September 1st shall have their dues applied to the coming year.

If I applied for my AMA on-line, can I still join?

YES, the AMA has a secure on-line order system that allows you to apply and pay for your AMA membership quickly.  After you have gone through the membership process on the AMA website, print your final screen as proof of payment.  You can use this to verify your AMA membership until you receive your AMA card in the mail.

Does the club have anyone to teach me how to fly?

YES, and for free too.  You can find more information on Instructors in the PILOTS areas of this website.

Why do I also have to join the AMA?
